Data we process

The details you enter in the quote form: full name, company name, phone number, email address, city or country, the model you are interested in and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to prepare price and delivery information for the machine you asked about, to contact you for that purpose and to prepare a possible sales contract, based on Articles 5/2-c (establishing a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of Law No. 6698.

Transfers

Your data may be shared with the Anadolu Makina sales team and with the technical providers that operate our form and email services, only as far as needed to answer your request. It is not shared with other third parties except where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data for the periods required by applicable law after the quotation process ends, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to the email address above or in writing to our company address.
